The Parkersburg Police Department’s Detective Bureau is looking for Sean Viston Davis for the felony charge of using obscene matter to seduce a minor.
A Criminal Complaint filed by Detective T.P. Wolfe alleges that around December of 2012, Davis had sexually explicit conversations with a 14-year-old female on Facebook. The conversations took place over a five (5) month period. Davis also allegedly emailed a nude photo of himself to the victim. The complaint states that the victim told Davis her age numerous times.

Felony warrant for contempt for failing to appear on a charge of making terroristic threats. Taylor made multiple phone calls to the Washington County Sheriff's Office in November 2011 threatening to kill a man living with his ex-girlfriend and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and five years community control in May 2012.
